South East Texas Pescaodor is a lay-led ministry managed by an elected Board of Directors and advised by a team of community Spiritual Directors.  The Board consists of five elected officers, a number of elected At Large Directors based upon community membership size, and various committees appointed by the President and voted on by the board.  Elected Officers and Directors are chosen by the SETP community members at the Annual Meeting held every November.
