Candidate Information

Click here for the online SETP Candidate application. This form should be filled out with Candidate (attendee) information.
Applications for the upcoming weekend should be completed at least 7 days prior to the start of the weekend.
After your Candidate Application is submitted and received, your sponsor will be sent a Sponsor Confirmation Form, which they need to complete.

$25 deposit is required to confirm your registration.
Deposit can be paid online when you complete your application or by your sponsor after you submit the application.
Balance is due one week prior to attending your SETP weekend.

All required forms and waivers will be sent by email with your registration confirmation to the email provided on the application.
All forms are due 7 days prior to the weekend.
Parent signature is required on forms for candidates under 18 years of age.

General Information

40 maximum candidate positions per weekend
Current Candidate Fee: $200 (This is subject to change based on length of weekend)
A candidate must be between 15 and 20 years of age (or an incoming High School Freshman) to attend.
Candidates cannot be married

What to Bring

Modest/Weather appropriate clothing
Towels
Toiletries
Bedding (pillow, sheets or sleeping bag)
Jacket
If you have any medication (prescription or over-the-counter), it MUST be checked in upon arrival.

What NOT to Bring

If you have a question about anything you might pack, check with your sponsor before bringing it. We want everyone to have a safe and fun weekend!
